Giant Shield Bug (Tessarotoma quadrata), native to South and South-East Asia. In Laos and NE India, this bug is consumed by local people. Only adults are eaten; the wings are removed and the bugs eaten raw or cooked as a paste.

Sabertooth Longhorn Beetle (Macrodontia cervicornis) is a South American species, one of the largest beetles in the world reaching the length of almost 18 cm (in the males). Despite a ferocious look, the beetle is harmless. Like other longhorn beetles, it seems to feed on leaves, sap and fruits. The biology and ecology of M. cervicornis are still poorly known. It is a vulnerable species of which population is in decline due to habitat destruction.

Prickly Haaniella (Haaniella echinata) is spiky stick insect native to Brunei and Borneo. It is a harmless, nocturnal creature. If disturbed, the insect tries to defend itself by splaying off the raised, spiked hind legs and closing them. See here for more information.
